These UDA 2nd battalion D company boards are in the lower Kilcooley estate, Bangor. This piece is co-branded as “North Down/West Belfast”, even though it is only metres away from a (North Down/East Belfast) North Down Defenders board. Is this still there? Are there any murals, boards or other things saying “UFF Simply the Best” that are located around Belfast?
Sam – this one is gone (it was replaced by a kids’ mural) and the slogan has largely fallen out of favour. There might be one or two vintage examples still around (perhaps Devenish Dr, Monkstown)
