Small boards (the same size as the Poppy Trail individual commemorative boards, as in XXXVI) have been erected at most of the street corners along Broadway in the Village area of south Belfast. Many are UVF emblems but this one of a hooded gunman aiming at the viewer is a remarkable return to openly paramilitary imagery in the neighbourhood.

There are lots (ten??) of these small (no bigger than 2′ x 2′) UVF boards throughout the Village (not all with hooded gunmen, though). They were put up in 2018 and many if not most/all of them are still in place. I didn’t add small boards to the ‘current’ map – but perhaps I should …
Is this still there? I didn’t see it on the current murals map. But that doesn’t necessarily mean that it’s gone.
There’s another placard on Lecale Street that’s identical to this one. Is that still there?
If they both are gone, are there other placards that look like the square UVF gunman ones?
